    COVID-19 Screening:


    1. Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID-19:
       - Fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher
       - Respiratory symptoms: such as runny nose, sore throat, cough, or shortness of
         breath
       - Flu-like symptoms such as muscle aches, chills and severe fatigue
      - Changes in a person’s sense of taste or smell

    2. Have you had any close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have
    COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
       - Have you traveled in the past 14 days either:
       - Internationally (outside the U.S.)
       - By cruise ship, or
       - Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation
         (e.g. bus, train, plane etc.)

    If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, your appointment must be rescheduled out for an additional 14 days. Please contact us at (603)294-0349.


                                                     NEW POLICIES
    1. All clients and staff will be screened daily. We will be asking permission to take client and staff temperatures upon arrival. If you have a fever of 100.4 degrees, we will need to reschedule your appointment 2 weeks out. 
    2. We are recommending to all clients who are immune compromised or have close
    contact with high risk individuals to cancel appointments until further notice.
    3. Clients must be scheduled by appointment only either online or by phone. No walk-in
    appointments permitted.
    4. You may not bring any guests or children to your appointment.
    5. Staff and clients must maintain a distance of at least 6 ft from others in the salon.
    6. All clients MUST wear, at minimum, a cloth face covering over the nose and mouth
    when within Lashbar. We highly encourage clients to bring their own masks to their
    appointment. If the client does not have a cloth face covering, Lashbar will provide a
    disposable mask to the client. 
    7. All clients will be asked to hand sanitize when they enter the store.
    8. Lashbar staff will be required to proper PPE during all services.
    9. Lash station linens have been removed and tables will be wiped down with disinfectant in
    between each client. Table linens will only be providing during facial services and immediately washed after. If you would like to request a pillow during any other service, please do so before your appointment.
    10. Clients and staff are not permitted to eat, drink, smoke or vape while in Lashbar.
    11. Please dress warmly to your appointment, our table linens and blankets will not be provided for lash services.
    12. Our waiting room will be closed. We ask that you wait in your car until our receptionist
    sends you a text or call, letting you know that your stylist is ready for you.
    13. If you would like to purchase a product, please ask one of the staff to retrieve it for
    you. There will be no testers or samples given out at this time.
    14. Threading will not be performed until further notice.
    15. We are reevaluating the situation daily and if any changes occur, we will inform you.
